Stationery Design Brief

We are a dental office looking to connect with our patients through direct mail advertising. With the last 3 months of the year coming we would like to send out Post Cards to our patients letting them know they have 3 months left to "USE IT OR LOSE IT" when it comes to their dental insurance benefits.
So we are looking for a post card that has the "Use It or Lost it" theme along with our dental office logo, telephone number and address.

We are also looking for a post card that says "Brush On Over" to remind our patients that they are due for a dental cleaning and we would like for them to come over to our dental office for a well needed cleaning :).
