We do not need to stick to this theme if you are able to go in the back end and modify it to the new theme.

You want a full functional website developed in WordPress with responsive feature.
We can provide all including Installation. But for that kind of jobs you need to increase the budget.
The current budget is fair enough to design the 3 pages in Photoshop.

But to get other pages design, HTML/CSS and development in WordPress there will need a lot of job.
We work with custom theme. It means we complete the design first in Photoshop and then make a theme from the scratch.
So you need to increase a budget.

Please note the extra budget can be calculated after the home page design finalized. Then our coder can calculate the job scope.
