Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my newly founded company. I advise seniors and caring relatives in all matters relating to the care and support, create nursing reports and accompany people in addition to 24-hour care as a quality manager or even QM for companies offering home nursing. The logo should not be very playful with hearts and hands etc., as is common in nursing professions. I would like to have a serious design that I can use on business cards, homepage, letterhead, etc.
