Logo Design Brief

Please help my logo represent who I am and what I stand for. Innovation in Education! I am all about education! My company Early Learning Foundations (ELF) in Mississauga, Ontario provides tutoring for children grades 1-8, youth mentorship, professional development for educators and consulting for child care centres. We would like to see a design that is clean cut. I would like to avoid blue and green. Check out our website to get an idea of who we are. I have attached the current logo (which I made ten years ago and have never liked)
