Your project is great, I hope can create this animation Gif, but I think the key word you give in the brief is not clear because I don't understand with,

My logo + Under Contract
My logo + Swipe Up
My logo + Sold
My logo + Plaza Midwood sign outline (image attached) = ??
My logo + Just Listed

So, could you give clear direction or can you give a rough sketch drawing or any else for me and other animator so we can start create this soon.

Sorry for the confusion.

For the notes above, see if this makes more sense. On the animated GIF, the first image that I'd like to pop up is my logo (with transparent background). Next, in that same space, you'd have the logo disappear and then show the text "Under Contract" appear (without the " marks on either side).

All of the others will be the same from my description, with the different text. However, there will be one change - on the one that mentions Plaza Midwood, the first image that I'd like to pop up is my logo (with transparent background). Next, in that same space, you'd have the logo disappear and then show a + symbol. Then the + symbol would disappear and the image of Plaza Midwood appear. Then the Plaza Midwood image would disappear and a hear symbol would appear.

With each of the GIF's, I'd like them to loop (replay) automatically.

Let me know if that makes more sense.

how long you want the gif file plays ??

A second or two per image, before it transitions to the next image or text. So, long enough for someone to see each part of the GIF, but not so long that it makes the finished GIF a really big file.

I have a question - since DesignCrowd doesn't allow gif images or zip files to be uploaded, how do I send you gif sample?
There are only JPG and PNG file types accepted.

Some other designers have sent me a link to dropbox, with a file sample.

I just submit the jpg files of icons. We highly appreciate your positive feedback on them.
