Logo Design Brief

Looking for a new Logo. Ryandale is the company name, and we are a building group new homes, developments and renovations/extension.

We have been around for 30 years in the market place and need a fresh new look to attract an ever evolving residential construction market.

Needs to appeal to young families, Asian investors and Chinese home buyers, architects and have a fresh new appeal. www.ryandale.com.au is our current website which you can view what type of work we do.

Our "Slogan" per se is building your future, however this does not need to be incorporated into the design. Type fonts are also important, nothing to dated. Elegance is probably not required in our text, it needs to be legible (readable).

I will let you be the designer on this and have full artistic control over colour/s, layout, type fonts, design etc. Our name does inform clients of what we do hence a house or roof structure in the logo is probably not necessary, however if you think it will help in your design by all means i am open to your creativity.
