Flyer Design Brief

I am looking to develop a flyer that represent my Gyms Brand "Optimum Warrior Yoga" The colors should be Red/Black/White. The words should be in White . The content should say in this Specific order:
1) OPTIMUM WARRIOR YOGA -"This should be in white lettering with a Red Background.
2) The OPTIMUM WARRIOR LOGE SHOULD BE IN RED. " I will attach this to the upload file below.
3) UNLIMITED
YOGA -"The word YOGA should be bolder wording in white"
$30 FOR 30 DAYS- "This Should be a smaller bold white".
$30 - "This should be in Bold Red"
4) DEVELOP YOUR WARRIOR WITHIN AT OPTIMUM - "This Statement should be in the color Gray"
5) OPTIMUMSNF.COM - "This should be in White"
6) Outside of the Red background at the top of the flyer, the remaining card should be in Black background.
7) Please use the image below for the picture. Take that words out and just use the image.
