Graphic Design Brief

I need a graphic of a ninja cat that I can use in POD products. Please see the attached pdf document for more detail about my preferences.
Please create an image that will look good on a white background.
Colors should include black for ninja clothes, and a little bit of color that will make the image stand out.

I would like to be able to use the image in Photoshop so please provide both transparent background .png and .psd files of the artwork.

I would like the words “ninja cat” next to the image, either vertically on the side or horizontally below the cat. Please use a Japanese/kanji style font.
