Brochure Design Brief

We have 2 property companies;
ANSUN – Development Consultants - http://ansun.co.uk/
City & Counties Commercial – Commercial Property Agents - http://cityandcounties.com/
We have 2 ANSUN brochures and 1 City & Counties brochure, with almost the same content.
We need someone to design a 3rd brochure. The content will be a combination of the content of in our previous brochures. We can provide all images and text. Once the brochure is designed, we will need 2 versions – almost identical content but 2 different front covers (one for each company).
We have many reference examples of brochure designs that we love.
