Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new Greek restaurant called "Meraki" It will serve modern contemporary greek style sharing food, wine and cocktails. There will be a selection of vegetables, meat and fish on the menu. It is a mid price, city centre restaurant. Funky, relaxed, informal, full service restaurant.
I am very open in terms of style / design. I've attached a couple of logos I've seen very recently that i liked.
