• Design 1: Sf in the middle - Dr. in the left or right of square or [brackets]; ESSENTIALS vertical on outside of square or [brackets]
• Design 2: Sf in the middle; "Doctor" vertical on outside of square or [brackets]; "ESSENTIALS" vertical on the opposite side of square or [brackets].
