Logo Design Brief

Chief Chicks is a new hatchery in Rwanda, AfricaWe hatch eggs and sell top quality hatched chicks to small scale poultry farmers in Rwanda to rear.The company is part of the leading poultry meat producer in the country. The existing brands are PEAL which is our corporate brand and Uko which is our consumer brand for our dressed chickens (see attachment for logos). The new logo for Chief Chicks does not have to have the same design elements but can be used as reference for colour palette.

Requirements

Must have

• Illustration of newly hatched chick (coming out of its shell) wearing a chieftain hat (warrior hat worn by Red Indians with feathers)

Nice to have

• Up to 4 colours with 1 colour applicability (print on cardboard boxes)
• Colours from PEAL or Uko logos
• The chick should look strong but not fierce or angry

Should not have

• No gradients
• Should not look too cute
