Logo Design Brief
I am buying a small apartment building (six units). I need a logo for the apartment, it is located in Minot, ND. The building needs a renovation and rebranding to become competitive. I will be calling it University Hill Apartments because it is close to the university and is on a hill. The building was built in 1954, so I was thinking we could go with either a logo with some 50's flair but with enough of a modern feel to be relevant today in 2018. Primary colors need to feel calming- what would you like to see when you come home and say, "I love living here." Probably best to have no more than 2 colors. Remember, this isn't one of those monster high-rise apartments, but rather a humble looking building. Please see attached photos.
