Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a biofuels startup based in Denver, Colorado called "Residual Fuels". We create renewable fuels from items that would otherwise go to the landfill. Our flagship product, "Coffee Crude", is biodiesel created from spent coffee grounds. While we are not concerned with a specific color set, our final design needs to be a professional design that works in the Business-to-Business world and communicates that we are primarily focused on liquid fuels. We are looking for a clean design that can be used on business cards and recognized from a distance.
