Logo Design Brief

We are a Medical Physician Group (specializes in disease of the skin - Dermatology) needs professional medical logo. The logo will be used for letterhead, website, etc. Would like to have the font very professional looking. Can have "Alberta Dermatology Consultants wording on 3 lines on top of each other or 1 line - you choose what looks better. Can use creativity to design logo. Would like the lettering black. Would also like a picture logo if you think it would look good but not entirely needed.
