How do you expect to convey a message of "Travel", "Mongolia" and "Buddies" without using any kind of travel/adventure images, Mongolian images or people?... The reason those images are used is so that potential customers know what kind of business you have as soon as they see the logo. You should be more clear as to what you want in your design brief.

We have mongolia travel in our motto that is a part of our logo so no need to convey the mongolia travel message through mongolian or adventure travel object or image. Because many travel company already have such object/ pictures in their logo.
