It represents humane education and will be a focus of the nonprofit in supplies/teaching aids to reachers and educators.

That's not what "guaranteed payment" means here. If you won't guarantee the payment, you're losing out on a lot of the best designs/designers participating. Too often the CH chooses a NON-guarantee because they back-out with free logos.
