Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my brand 'Tye Bate'. At the moment I'm a content creator and public speaker, but I want to be able to expand it into a brand that starts ideas and buys other business's - so the symbol needs to be quite universal. I would like a word mark "Tye Bate" accompanied by a symbol that represents my brand aiming to make the world better one idea at a time whether it's through video, products, etc. I've attached some examples. The logo needs to work well with my website that already exists, check it out: tyebate.com and I want to be able to place just the symbol on t-shirts, merchandise, etc.
