Fast casual restaurant featuring create your own Ramen bowl and/or salad similar to Chipotle, Mod Pizza or subway. Demographic ages 16-35. Upbeat, loud, simple, fast and fresh. Ingredients will be mainly noodles of course with chicken or pork belly and egg and an array of vegetables such as seaweed, pickled radish, bamboo shoots mushrooms etc...

Must have
- Simple colors that will translate to neon sign nicely prefer white lettering maybe some red/yellow/gray. Tag line is “Noodles Now” so feel free to add that in logo as well
Nice to have
- Chopsticks but not too Asian it’s definitely an American concept. White lettering would be nice. We really like the red/yellow/white combos. And we really like the M as chopsticks that one designer created.
Should not have
- NO blues or purples
