Hello, this is my first job request here. I see the project package cost is $198 at my end not $100. Is this what you mean?

You payed 200$,then Design Crowd take 100$ for their fees and winning designer gets prize of 100$.

I don't even know this fact. That's not how it works on Fiverr. The designer takes more, at least 80%.
