Please guarantee the payment, so that more quality work is submitted. Most of the top designers will not submit their work to a payment not guaranteed project.

When you guarantee the payment you make a commitment with the designers that you will choose a winner at the end of the project. And that give us incentive to invest time on your project. Most project holders that don't guarantee the payment end up asking their money back and no one gets paid.
