Graphic Design Brief

I need a homepage and 2 interior pages designed for a website refresh. The homepage needs to have two choices for the call to action (looking for a job and looking to hire). The existing site is at lhouselegal.com. We would like to have a lighthouse incorporated in the design. Please use the attached logo and their blue. We would like a more modern and simple approach to the website with very little on the home page and more on the interior pages for when they choose one or the other. For looking for a job page, we would like to list current jobs and have a button to apply (popup form) and resources they can access from the site. For the looking to hire page, we would like to have a bit of information about the site and then a form and contact information so they can call right away.
