This is a bug in Firefox or may be in website programming, If you click (PC) or tap (Android) send reply button incidentally twice or thrice it will send message as many time as you have tapped or clicked the button, instead of first finishing sending first reply, before browser refreshes. in past i i experienced the same while customer send me same message multiple times. I think this happens mostly on androids while you kept tapping.
