I like the design but would like to see the white hexagon with the bee moved down more toward the company name and possibly some more orange hexagons surrounding it.

I think that if it had been stated what the company was then it would of give people more of an idea when designing. As I have just seen its for a honey brand I would of designed it around this as apposed to bring a little rigid.
