Logo Design Brief
Small Chef's Kitchen needs a logo design for a new ecommerce company specializing in kitchenware for kids age 2-10 yrs. old. Although the company color scheme is not created, we are looking at bright, kid friendly, dual-gender colorss that are either primary or tertiary.
Our mission for Small Chef's Kitchen is to bring families together by empowering children to safely and easily cook in the family kitchen alongside parents and grandparents while developing new skills, self confidence, and a lifelong interest in healthy eating and cooking.
Our products include: Kid safe Cutlery (safety blades, knifes, peelers, graters, pizza cutters, etc), small & lightweight baakeware & cookware (pots & pans), kitchen utensils, prep tools, gadgets, dinnerware and tableware, cookbooks, kid sized apparel (aprons, oven mits, chef hats), and baking kits & mixes. All products are kid safe, kid friendly, kid sized, or lightweight.
Our final design should communicate multi-generational love, fun, and bonding while safely cooking together.
Our tag lines are:
Kitchen tools for small chef hands.

I need more emotion in the final logo. I need something that people will look at and feel the happy tug of family (Child & Adult) working together in the kitchen. I posted a really bad sketch of a thought I had. The goal is not ro reproduce it per se, but for me to be able to show you the emoption I hope to convey. Thank you so much for the work to date!

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: I am extending the deadline in an effort to allow for additional designs that convey more of the emotional quality. I'm not throwing out some of the others that are cute and child like. But I am still leaning toward an emotional logo that blends the generational idea, the child chef, and the happy times they will have together. Thanks so much!

Ok. Here 's the thing. I love the logo feel of the frying pan logo. I can see it on bags, shirts, aprons, hats, etc. But the emotion and the connection of the family that I'm trying to convey is well represented in the family design.

Thank you so much for the hard work! I just need the type of font that is on the logo so I can add it to the other and then I'm ready to make some tshirts and revamp my website! They really look awesome!!! (& I never say "awesome") Y'all captured everything I wanted to say between the 2 designs. Used in tandem they are perfect!
