This is a second try for the project. The first one was refunded.

Yes llinca we have stated that under our task description.
We chose a final design and then were notified by other designer that they have seen a company who has the exact same roof top that was placed over top of our company name of our chosen design (the photo we have uploaded for you). After confirming and finding that stolen companies logo we contacted DesignCrowd who confirmed that it is not in our best interest to move forward with the chosen logo due to copyright infringements. DesignCrowd was great by giving us options on how to move forward, the option we chose was to get the refund and to give it another shot by repeating the process of having a new logo created by you the designers or by editing the roof top of the logo we attached a photo of. We really like the way we designed the company name within that logo so now we just need that remade with a new roof top above.

We would like to emphasize that we do not want to have copyright issues with the final design so if you are planning on copying another companies logo onto ours please don't waste our time and do not take part in this project. We want a roof top or logo created from scratch.
