Logo Design Brief

We would like a logo design we can use across a website, business cards but also it will form part of TradeMark applications. The design should include the word "Faktored" (the company name) and use blues/greys. Faktored is a cutting edge software developer creating specialist business, asset and accounting software. We are expecting exposure to some of the biggest accounting firms (e.g. PWC, KPMG, Deloitte, E&Y, etc). We will choose a design that is strong, clean and contemporary. To assist with the creative: The software itself has a core component all of our future customers will subscribe to.Depending on the customer's needs, we then have quite literally dozens of plugins they may choose to add to their subscription - e.g. asset accounting management, subscription tracking, tax obligation tracking, document tracking, etc.We will require future designs for some of these add on software pieces.Tracking business functions (i.e. keeping track of business data) is the main feature will be selling.We would like:* A full colour vector file.* A full colour, full size image file.* A black and white version.* A transparent version.
