Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for a new company in the UK called 'Standing Tall'. Our initial business model is to match people experiencing homelessness with jobs at least at national living wage to support them to move from the street for good. We will then be setting up a number of trading enterprises all run by people who have been on the street. We are ambitious about how this can scale across UK and wider. We aspire to produce high quality products and want to create a brand that people will choose knowing their purchase will help someone to move from the street.

Must have
- Standing Tall is about people. We worked with Roy. He lived on the street for 3 years and he now has his own permanent job and lives in his own rented flat. The logo and brand needs to be human in some way, representing the idea that if we give people the chance, they can make good choices for themselves and move their own lives forward.
- We like the 'Innocent' brand (selling health smoothies. The brand represent purity and innocence and fun. We would like the Standing tall brand to represent the human side of people who are moving their lives forward in a positive way.
Nice to have
- I'm liking the idea of using a figure of a normal man (see T Pose Man image below) as the focus of the logo. You could add the letters 'St nding using the head as the 'a' and 'all' with the legs as the 'T'. I'm realising the image of a real person wearing normal clothes is quite important as it gives the message that homelessness can happen to anyone. The pose in the image below shows somebody who is beginning to find their confidence again, exactly what the organisation will be achieving by supporting individuals to move away from the street. The logo and brand need to be about realising potential.
