uScout is designed to modernise the recruitment process. Swipe style app. Employers can post job advertisements, job seekers can create profiles. I would require a Job Seeker Interface, Job Provider Interface and an Admin Panel.The features I am after include:swiping featurematch algorithm for employers to search for potential employees based on key words and/or locationchat featurepush notificationsuser geolocationprofile pageability for employers to make in app purchases as it will be subscription based for employers, but free for job seekers.
