Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our real estate investment firm based in Omaha, Nebraska called Sterling Capital Investments. We invest in multifamily apartment communities across the country. We would like to see designs that use the color blue/white or blue/gray/white. Maybe do something with the S for Sterling at the top and then the full company name beneath it. Something similar to the example attached but not exact.
