Business Card Design Brief

I have a logo but want to modify it a little for the business card. Somehow I did it on one of the apps in Adobe - but I'm not proficient enough in adobe to modify it. I'd like to take out the wooden background and make it work for a standard size business card (rectangular not square). I'd also like to have options for the design - Patterns like houndstooth, grass cloth, floral, polkadot - stuff like that but in subtle/classic colors. I also like wreaths (boxwood/magnolia/eucalyptus) and would like to incorporate that as well.
