Logo Design Brief

We need a new & updated logo design for our Accountancy firm. We are a Chartered Accountancy firm in New Zealand and would like to refresh our logo with something very professional & smart looking, I don't want bright colours, I want something professional and that will still look good in years to come. The name of our firm is Hughson & AssociatesWe are a Chartered Accountancy firm & are part of an Institute called the Chartered Accountants Australia/New Zealand so I'm thinking of either incorporating their logo into the design or having it beside our logo (happy with your suggestions). I've attached the Chartered Accounting logo (I don't like the 3 colour options but you can use black or White - please refer to the guidelines attached as to the requirements on size & colour schemes that are allowed to be used). I'd like a logo incorporating the Chartered Accountants logo and one without. We may just add that on ourselves to our letterheads & building signage etc.

• The Chartered Accountants logo incorporated into the design (out to the side similar to the example attached). It's not essentials as we can add it separately to our signage & letterhead etc. Maybe do a design incorporating it and also without.
