Logo Design Brief

I started my own business as Resilience Coach and Trainer. I have already a website (www.minfluence.ch) and now I want a logo which I can use on my business card, Word, Power Point, ...
The name "minfluence" is a combination of Mind & Influence. I want to transport the message "if you want, you can really have an impact on your life. it is YOU how can form your destiny. With a positive mindset you get far". As Carl Jung said "I am not that what happened to me. I am that what I decide I want to become." This messages should be also reflected in the logo.
The logo should for sure also work in black&white-printing. My website is in the colors clear blue yellowish. it would be ideal if it goes together in case I decide I also want to put the logo on the website.
