Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design for a Melbourne based commercial polished concrete & grinding company. The logo will be used across web, social media, on all company cards, letterhead & quotes, for uniforms and car decal. We need the logo in high & low res formats for multiple use. In terms of general feel it needs to be bold construction type font, clean and communicative of our core business. We like white/black, dark grey, vibrant red. It needs to communicate professionalism, trust and quality with a modern edge. We will need black on white version, transparent version and full colour version. I have attached a number of logo styles we like and a couple I have mocked up on Canva - however I don't love them (!) we would like your expert advice, ideas and creative input to create a strong logo perfect for our business.
