Web Design Brief
Cockpit365 is a web based platform for process modelling, process automation, task management and tool integration. We keep processes and tools in sync. The current webpage is https://www.cockpit365.com
Cockpit365 is the auto pilot for your organisation. Like in an airplane Cockpit365 ensures that the processes are running. On our platform you
- first model your processes in the online process editor
- then you automate them with a single click (no coding required)
- then you integrate your tools (like Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Exchange, servicenow, Magento, Shopware, Slack, Skype, ...)
The platform provides the functionality in varous apps (e.g. Process Management, Task Management, Data Exchange, CRM, Project Management). For each app we will have at least one page that describes the app features (kind of a landing page).
The app can have a sub section. For example, the Data Exchange app (this is the app that syncs tools) has various adapters. For example: Atlassian Jira, servicenow, IBM Jazz - RTC, IBM Jazz - DOORS NG, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Slack, Skype, PushOver, Microsoft Exchange, ...). Each adapter will be presented on an individual page.
We need a Theme for our new website (preferably Wordpress). The website will contain the following sections:
- Home (you could compare it to the Apple AppStore - where some apps are featured, some things highlighted, the product is explained in a video).
- One page per app (probably each app will have a slightly different coloring)
- One page per sub section (e.g. Adapter)
Our web based application is currently using JSF with PrimeFaces. Our mobile app is built with React Native.
The following page is one of the pages I like:
https://www.getxray.app/
A good example is https://asana.com/.
They provide "Templates" which is comparable to the apps and adapters in Cockpit365.
