I need a logo for my new business. We are providing CAREGIVERS to variety of patient populations ( seniors as well as young adults). We connect the families with trained caregivers. Our caregivers provide personal care, light housecleaning, companionship to our clients.
Our caregivers provide: Medication preparation and adherence monitoring
Managing daily schedules
Grocery shopping
Providing or arranging transportation
Ambulatory assistance
Housework
Laundry
Managing communications (phone, mail, etc.)
We create customized care plans to meet our client’s needs. From companion care to skilled nursing care, we work with our clients, their families and providers to develop individualized comprehensive care plans.
Each of our caregivers has a background in private duty senior home care and are supervised by experienced nurses.
Our caregivers work with clients with complex conditions to improve outcomes as well as provide pathways to their overall health.
