Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design for a Food and Beverage (F&B) company. Is based in Dubai called Magnolia RM Investments - Goes by MRM on the logo. We handle several UAE based F&B operations and were recently taken over by a new parent company. We need to refresh the Brand ID and require a new look and feel.

The colors need to be a combination of Red, Black & Grey/White.
The final design needs to look forward thinking but retain simple elements to replicate. Does not necessarily need to contain elements of F&B. Should be easily identifiable. (Attached current logo)
