Signage Design Brief

Real estate sign design for 4X4 and 4X8 sizes. I included the back of our business cards, the 7 Streams Commercial Group Logo, the 7S Logo and the Brokered by eXp logo. Regardless of design, it needs to have the 'Brokered by' eXp logo somewhere on the sign, preferably on the bottom corner or somewhere smaller then the rest. Looking for a unique, professional, modern look.

Must have

• Must include in smaller letters "Brokered by eXp Realty" or the logo attached. Need two designs one that says For Sale, and one that says For Lease.
• Please see attached sign example. We need a sign like this, but want a creative cool design that is unique and professional.
