Logo Design Brief

I need a logo that syncs with the branding of our current logo, but can be put on apparel. Something along these lines. We are an indoor axe throwing facility. We have many eye catching branded shirts and memes, but we are looking for something more serious to put on shirts, bags, hats, and league apparel. These were initial mock ups from a friend, and we did not like any of them. Other pics attached were closer to what we were looking for.
