Web Design Brief

I would like a multi-page website (e.g. with tabs: Home, Technology, Vision, About Us, Connect), very visual, with videos and pictures. The theme of the website is water, as DROP is a project that aims at bringing potable water in developing countries. I would like to see themes in blue or light blue, with animation inspired to water. The final design should communicate the mission of our project. I would like to be able to modify the website afterwards.
