Flyer Design Brief

We need a flyer design to put on our website to promote our 6 Bedroom Multishare rooms.UniLodge South Bank; Student accommodation; 6 Bedroom Multi share Room; Find 5 friends to receive this deal. Deal includes Free Pizza Friday's; Weekly cleans; kitted out kitchen; free end of lease apartment clean; $1200 worth of value. We have attached what we came up with but we are not happy with the 'superhero' theme. We really need a tricky/clever tag line to grab the students attention.
