Logo Design Brief

Need a logo design for a real estate investment company called "Bluechip Home Solutions". We acquire homes in all conditions, renovate them and resell. Would like the design to predominately use dark blue with light blue/teals, grays or blacks as secondary colors. Incorporate a home element as the main piece of the logo design. Extra points if you can incorporate a subtle element of a poker chip into the design to play off the word Blue Chip. The logo should welcome trust and professionalism with a modern minimalist design. Design needs to read well on business cards, t-shirts, website, and documents. Want "Bluechip" to be the main line text with "Home Solutions" as a supporting line. Please no cookie cutter home roofline designs or putting a basic picture of a home inside a poker chip, I will not choose them
