Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a clothing brand featuring the face of an angry tiger showing its teeth and be reminiscent of the GI Joe COBRA logo. It must have a scar over the left eye. It must be in a very specific red Pantone 2347c RGB(225,6,0). We've submitted past designs we've used and the photo of an angry tiger. As well as the GI Joe COBRA logo. We need the logo to include what we asked and still obviously be the face of a tiger.

We would like it to look just as good on a white background as it does on a white.
