Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new sales consultancy business that I have established. The company is called Camiwi Consulting. I provide sales advice to small and start up IT companies. Camiwi is a combination of my surname which is Campbell and Kiwi which relates to New Zealand, where I now live. I am originally from Scotland so I would like to have some Campbell tartan in the logo and if there can be a silver fern in the logo as well that would be good, but not essential. The design should be as simple as possible and I'd like to communicate professionalism and integrity.
