Logo Design Brief
Richmond West LP is a land development company, currently undertaking a land development project in Richmond (Nelson, New Zealand). We purchase land and develop it into residential subdivisions for sale to the residential market - we sell to the end user (ie homeowners). The land developments that Richmond West LP manage are prestigious and we need a logo so we can market the properties that will be available for sale. It is a new company and we are wanting a logo that will make us stand out as professional and trusted amongst the other land developers in the area.
No limit to what colours are used, the final design should be professional/mature.
