Menu Design Brief

I’m looking for a menu design for a new pizzeria - it’s farm to table type of restaurant - more upscale than a typical pizzeria - white washed wood interior with some industrial accents - I am looking for a creative menu layout using the attached sample menu items -

Sorrentino’s is an artisanal pizzeria with an atmosphere that will make you feel at home for any situation, first date, anniversary, business lunch, boys night out or girls night out with a menu inspired by the idea of a simple honest cooking paired with fresh – quality ingredients. Full service dining experience that is still casual but dedicated to extraordinary hospitality.

While developing the menu we have created a network of amazing farms and purveyors to supply our restaurant with fresh milled 100% California flour for our hand crafted dough, as well as sustainably farmed organic produce, meats and cheeses.

The menu includes classics like the Margherita pizza to daily seasonal specials, fresh salads to rustic small plates including moms meatball recipe to a fresh local burrata with handmade bread. Each dish reflects our passion for sourcing the freshest quality local ingredients.

To compliment the menu, Sorrentino’s serves an extensive wine list with selections focusing on Italian varietals. The cocktail program has been carefully crafted to offer something to entice ever palate and the beer list has unique selections of the world’s finest brewers.
