Logo Design Brief

I need a design for a new artisanal ice pop business located in southern California. The business is mobile using charming ice cream carts to bring the pops to where the people are. I would like a design that uses bright blue/teal, orange/red, and yellows. The final design should be clean and fresh and remind people of a warm summer day. I like the colors in the word doc below. I also like the font for Frisky Mango on the first logo in the attached doc.
