Card Design Brief

I want this made for my brand and in a format that I can get printed on standard size business cards (3.5 x 2 inches). The measurement must be accurate to the end of the business card because this will be put up to the eye to measure the lash length.
This is being sent to lash extension artists so they can measure the natural lash before they begin applying eyelash extensions. I want it to look like the card I attached and it must be an accurate measurement.
