Must have

• The theme and feel of the design should portray warm colors and giving the ideology of people working together...i.e. in synergy.

Nice to have

• The website should not be static...it should have moving objects...especially with themes of people working together in synergy...i.e. as a team.
• The logo should be attractive and fresh...with the aim of attracting a young workforce.

Should not have

• The website should not too rigid...i.e. to have the looking that we are merely a human resource hiring firm...that is not the idea.
• It should not be boring...needs to have a fresh look that is appealing to a young working professional.
