Logo Design Brief

We are a custom home builder that caters to the busy professional.
I need a logo that will appeal to our target market of 35-55 yr old women. It needs to have a feeling of elegance and make us look like the clients are in good hands when we are building their expensive custom home.

We work and live in the Salt Lake City area with large mountains and the Great Salt Lake.

I will attach our old logo, but it can be different.

Must have

• Stone Peak Custom Homes
• Must appeal to women so maybe a softer look
• Must look elegant
• Easy to read from a distance.
• Must look good on a colored back ground such as a solid blue. On street signs it must be easy to see from a distance and easy to read.

Nice to have

• Colors have been Blue, but I'm open to other color schemes

Should not have

• should not be too angular or rugged. Our current logo is a bit sharp.
• Text should be easy to read. not too cursive
